It is now a tourist destination with many restaurants, shops, and bars. Yes, you can watch people make cigars for the tobacco shops. Ybor City has been designated as a National Historical Landmark District. Well worth a walking tour to see the buildings and explore the shops. Maybe stop for an adult beverage and lunch. Catch a ride on the trolly to Tampa and return, too.
